Antidepressants increased the risk compared to placebo of suicidal thinking and behavior (suicidality) in children, adolescents, and young adults in short-term studies of major depressive disorder (MDD) and other psychiatric disorders. Anyone considering the use of Wellbutrin XL or any other antidepressant in a child, adolescent, or young adult must balance this risk with the clinical need. Short-term studies did not show an increase in the risk of suicidality with antidepressants compared to placebo in adults beyond age 24; there was a reduction in risk with antidepressants compared to placebo in adults aged 65 and older. Depression and certain other psychiatric disorders are themselves associated with increases in the risk of suicide. Patients of all ages who are started on antidepressant therapy should be monitored appropriately and observed closely for clinical worsening, suicidality, or unusual changes in behavior. Warfarin can cause severe and sometimes fatal bleeding. Bleeding is more likely to occur at the start of treatment or with high doses. Patients who have a history of stomach or bowel bleeding, high blood pressure, stroke or "mini-stroke" (transient ischemic attack [TIA]), serious heart disease, anemia, cancer, certain genetic factors, or kidney problems may be at greater risk for bleeding. Patients who have inconsistent international normalized ratios (INRs; a blood test), who have taken Warfarin for a long time, who take certain other medicines, who have had a recent injury or surgery, or who are 65 years old or older are also at greater risk.
Certain blood clotting tests (eg, prothrombin time [PT], INR) will be performed regularly while you take Warfarin. Certain medicines, dietary changes, and other factors may affect INR levels while taking Warfarin. Discuss any questions or concerns with your doctor.
Contact your doctor right away if you notice any unusual bleeding or bruising. Symptoms of bleeding problems include unusual bruising; bleeding gums; bloody or coffee ground-like vomit; coughing up blood; dizziness; increased bleeding from cuts; increased menstrual or vaginal bleeding; nosebleeds, pain, swelling, or discomfort; pink or brown urine; red or black stools; unusual headaches or weakness.

Uses For warfarin
Warfarin injection is an anticoagulant. It is used to decrease the clotting ability of the blood and to help prevent harmful clots from forming in the blood vessels. It is often used to prevent or treat deep venous thrombosis, a condition in which harmful blood clots form in the blood vessels of the legs. These blood clots can travel to the lungs and cause a condition called pulmonary embolism. Warfarin is also used to prevent or treat blood clots that are caused by certain heart conditions or open-heart surgery. It may be used after a heart attack to prevent blood clots from forming. Although it will not dissolve blood clots that have already formed, warfarin may keep the clots from becoming larger and causing more serious problems.

What is Wytensin (guanabenz)?
Guanabenz lowers blood pressure by decreasing the levels of certain chemicals in the blood. This allows the blood vessels (veins and arteries) to relax (widen).
Guanabenz is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure).
Guanabenz may also be used for purposes other than those listed in this medication guide.
What is the most important information I should know about Wytensin (guanabenz)?
Do not stop taking this medication without first talking to your doctor. Stopping suddenly may make your condition worse. This medication may impair your thinking or reactions. Be careful if you drive or do anything that requires you to be alert.Avoid getting up too fast from a sitting or lying position, or you may feel dizzy. Get up slowly and steady yourself to prevent a fall.
Keep using this medicine as directed, even if you feel well. High blood pressure often has no symptoms. You may need to use blood pressure medication for the rest of your life.What should I discuss with my healthcare provider before taking Wytensin (guanabenz)?
You should not use guanabenz if you are allergic to it.To make sure you can safely take guanabenz, tell your doctor if you have any of these other conditions:
- liver disease (especially cirrhosis);
- kidney disease, or if you are on dialysis;

- Intravascular hemolysis (IVH) leading to death has been reported in patients treated with WinRho® SDF for immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP).
- IVH can lead to clinically compromising anemia and multi-system organ failure including acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS).
- Serious complications including severe anemia, acute renal insufficiency, renal failure and disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) have also been reported.
- Closely monitor patients treated with WinRho® SDF for ITP in a healthcare setting for at least eight hours after administration. A dipstick urinalysis to monitor for hematuria and hemoglobinuria is to be performed at baseline and then after administration at 2 hours, 4 hours and prior to the end of the monitoring period. Alert patients and monitor the signs and symptoms of IVH including back pain, shaking chills, fever, and discolored urine or hemoglobinuria. Absence of these signs and/or symptoms of IVH within eight hours do not indicate IVH cannot occur subsequently. If signs and/or symptoms of IVH are present or suspected after WinRho® SDF administration, post-treatment laboratory tests should be performed including plasma hemoglobin, haptoglobin, LDH, and plasma bilirubin (direct and indirect).

Primary Hyperlipidemia
Welchol is indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to reduce elevated low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in adults with primary hyperlipidemia (Fredrickson Type IIa) as monotherapy or in combination with an hydroxymethyl-glutaryl-coenzyme A (HMG CoA) reductase inhibitor (statin).
Welchol is indicated as monotherapy or in combination with a statin to reduce LDL-C levels in boys and postmenarchal girls, 10 to 17 years of age, with heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia if after an adequate trial of diet therapy the following findings are present:
a. LDL-C remains ? 190 mg/dL or
b. LDL-C remains ? 160 mg/dL and
- there is a positive family history of premature cardiovascular disease or
- two or more other CVD risk factors are present in the pediatric patient.
Lipid-altering agents should be used in addition to a diet restricted in saturated fat and cholesterol when response to diet and non-pharmacological interventions alone has been inadequate [See Clinical Studies (14.1)].
In patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) or CHD risk equivalents such as diabetes mellitus, LDL-C treatment goals are < 100 mg/dL. Chlorpheniramine and phenyltoloxamine are antihistamines. They block the effects of the naturally occurring chemical histamine in the body. Chlorpheniramine and phenyltoloxamine prevent sneezing; itchy, watery eyes and nose; and other symptoms of allergies and hay fever.
Phenylephrine and phenylpropanolamine are decongestants. They constrict blood vessels (veins and arteries). This reduces the blood flow to certain areas and allows nasal and respiratory (breathing) passages to open up.

Wellbutrin SR Sustained-Release Tablets contains the same ingredient that is in Zyban, a medicine used to help certain patients stop smoking. What is caffeine and ergotamine?
Caffeine is a stimulant that causes narrowing of blood vessels (vasoconstriction).
Ergotamine is in a group of drugs called ergot alkaloids (ER-got AL-ka-loids). It works by narrowing the blood vessels around the brain. Ergotamine also affects blood flow patterns that are associated with certain types of headaches.
The combination of caffeine and ergotamine is used to treat or prevent a migraine type headache.
This medication will only treat a headache that has already begun. It will not prevent migraine headaches or reduce the number of attacks.

What is desiccated thyroid?
Desiccated (dried) thyroid is a combination of hormones that are normally produced by your thyroid gland to regulate the body's energy and metabolism. Desiccated thyroid is given when the thyroid does not produce enough of this hormone on its own.

Warfarin is an anticoagulant. It is used to decrease the clotting ability of the blood and to help prevent harmful clots from forming in the blood vessels. It is often used to prevent or treat deep venous thrombosis, a condition in which harmful blood clots form in the blood vessels of the legs. These blood clots can travel to the lungs and cause a condition called pulmonary embolism. Warfarin is also used to prevent or treat blood clots that are caused by certain heart conditions or open-heart surgery. It may be used after a heart attack to prevent blood clots from forming. Before using this medication, tell your doctor if you are allergic to polyethylene glycol.
This medication is for use only on the skin. Do not get it in your eyes, nose, or mouth.You may feel warmth or a burning sensation that could last as long as 3 to 5 minutes after you apply this medication. Stop using the medication and call your doctor if the burning sensation lasts for longer than 10 days.
Call your doctor if your skin condition does not improve within 7 days of using benzoic acid and salicylic acid topical.
